A: Yes!! Simply select either 'My Dog' or 'House Cat'  instead of a specific breed, and we will print the keepsake accordingly.

Q: My dog's name or cat's name is very long. How do I know it will fit on the Pet Name Keepsake?

A: We can easily fit up to 60 characters (including spaces) on the line for your pets name. If you feel that the name is too long for the keepsake, call us at 1-866-896-GIFT or send us an email to customerservice@4petsakes.com

Q: Is the shipping charge for more than one item still $5.99?

A: Yes! We charge a flat shipping/handling charge for all unframed orders, whether you order 1 keepsake or 10 keepsakes. The Framed orders are $5.99 for one frame, and then a dollar is charged for each additional frame that is added to your order. This charge is not only for the care, quality and time that goes into processing your order and guaranteeing fast accurate delivery, it is also to cover the added expense for freight charges with heavier shipments.
