In the rare incident that your delivered gifts are delivered damaged from the delivery service: Refuse delivery from the delivery driver if damage is noticeable (crushed, bent or wet delivery box/letter pack), call us immediately so we can reprint and ship out a replacement of your order immediately. (This does not include deliveries for normal in transit marks and scuffs on box – product must be damaged and returned to 4NameSakes.Com to receive a reprint free of charge.)

In the event there is a mistake on your order, we will reprint your order and ship it back out to you via USPS First Class Mail.

Due to the personalization of each product that we offer there will be no refunds. Exchanges will be offered as an alternative.

Due to the time sensitivity of our deliveries you must report any changes or any cancellations of your order within 24 hours. All orders are processed within 24 hours.

Weather: 4NameSakes.Com is not responsible for delays in delivery of shipped products caused by severe weather conditions or other acts of God and we cannot reimburse shipping fees on such orders.

In the event your shipped gifts are enjoyed sooner than expected by arriving earlier than the specified delivery date, we are unable to offer a discount.

In the event that a shipped product arrives late and delivery has not been attempted we may offer a discount equal to the difference in shipping. (Example: If a package is sent next day and arrives in 3 days then a credit could be given for the difference in cost between 3 day and 2 day delivery)

Privacy:

We treat all of the information provided to us as confidential, and will not disclose or sell this information to any other parties. We ask for phone numbers or the recipient and customers only to help facilitate the orders order arrange for delivery.

Q: How do I get my second print free?

A: You must select your second selection on the 'Specials Page'. There is a link to this page on every Birthday History Keepsake page. For more detailed instructions, visit our instructions page here.

Q: Why should I order from your company?

Q: How can I have orders mailed to more than one address?

A: Please specify this in the special comments section when you check out. Note: You will need to contact 4NameSakes.Com to arrange additional shipping.

Q: Can I get a Birthday History Keepsake without the astrological or other information that I do not want?

A: Yes!! Simply type what you do not want in the notes space when you check out. We normally substitute the meaning of the child's middle name. If not available, we substitute a paragraph about the month your child was born. If you prefer, you may supply a short paragraph (approximately 30 words) to use in place of the horoscope. Type that request into the Notes box.

Q: My child shares his/her birthday with a relative of ours. Can this be added to the Keepsake?

A: Yes!! We'll add this information to the section where we list Famous People Who Share Your Birthday. In the Notes Box, simply type in the name of the person who shares your child's birthday, relationship to your child, and the year that person was born. Example: Mary Alice Smith, your grandmother, born in 1906.

Q: My child's name is very long. How do I know it will fit on the Birthday History Keepsake?

A: We can easily fit up to 60 characters (including spaces) on the line for your child's name. If you feel that the name is too long for the keepsake, call us at (904) 637-1261 or send us an email to customerservice@4namesakes.com

Q: Do you have a space to add an optional sentiment on my Keepsake?

A: Yes!! We can add a one line Personal Sentiment on all Birthday Gifts, First Name Keepsakes and Personalized Poems. Just add the sentiment either to the 'additional comments' section or 'personal sentiment' section when you check out/add to cart.
Q: I have seen Names printed as poems, do you provide that option (A is for: ...?)
A: Yes!! Just request it in the "personal sentiment" section.
Q: Why is the shipping charge for one item $6.99?

A: We charge a flat shipping/handling charge for all unframed orders. This charge is for care, quality and time that goes into processing your order and guaranteeing fast accurate delivery. 4NameSakes.Com's charges are far below all known competitors.

Q: Why is there a 1 cent charge on my 'free' selection?

A: Due to the way our shopping cart processes orders, we have to have a positive amount in the price field. Credits for the 1 cent charge will be issued upon request.
